Sustainability Statement

For the purposes of Article 4(5)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR)

DC Gestao Indexada is a commercial brand of Dolat Capital, Empresa de Investimento, S.A. ("DC" or "DC Gestao Indexada"), with registered office at Avenida Miguel Bombarda, n.º 42, 6.º D, 1050-166 Lisbon, taxpayer number 513852441, and registered with the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) under no. 368.

DC states that, in accordance with the legislation in force, namely Article 4(5)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 ("SFDR"), concerning transparency in the disclosure of information on investment decisions regarding sustainability factors, it does not currently take into account the adverse impacts on sustainability factors.

DC considers that the proper consideration of such impacts requires the consolidated disclosure of benchmark indices, which has not yet occurred. Accordingly, DC is awaiting such consolidation, namely the entry into force of the technical specifications defined in the Regulatory Technical Standards ("RTS"), in order to reassess its position.
